Syracuse edges Notre Dame 11-9, advances to national semifinal

Syracuse let a 6-2 lead slip in the third quarter and actually trailed Notre Dame 8-9 in the fourth quarter before rallying to a 11-9 win, with three goals scored by three different players in the final 7 minutes. Syracuse next faces Virginia in the DI semifinals. Syracuse lost to Virginia in March (the Cavs beat the Orange 14-13).
