TRAINING IS LIFE

Since last week i have been hitting it hard. All i do is work out and train and lately i have been riding 12 miles a day and running 4 miles. I sprawl for 2 hours, then do resistance and lift for about 2 more hours. Fitness has become my life and all I want is the 2012 Olympics. I will not follow my dreams... I will achieve my goals.
