How to get your ass kicked on ABC, by Ron Zook

There is still 12 minutes left in the game, but hell its 42-10, out of wack. Completely lopsided. This game has shown me one of two things, maybe three. One, Illinois shouldn't be here, because they played in a weak Big Ten Conference. Two, USC should be playing in the National Championship game, and they certainly showed this today. Three, how about both. I'm not sure Illinois could've done what Michigan did, by beating Florida earlier in the Capital One Bowl (aka Citrus). This game is eerily what I thought it would be (I said 41-14 USC), except there is still 11 minutes left in the 4th quarter! This is nothing short of an NFL team, in USC. Pete Carroll deserves all of the credit he has done with that program, truly remarkable. Getting back to the game, for anyone that saw it, the fumble at the 7 or 8 yard line, really turned this game around, in the wrong way for Illinois. Right after that fumble, a lateral on USC's part, and its 28-10. This game is out of hand, and I'm done here. Props again to USC and Pete Carroll. Back to back.
