The Play better top this list, but currently only the top 80 have been revealed. "Potential outrageous omissions alert: Not on the list so far, Washington's 38-20 win over Miami in the Orange Bowl in 1994 snapping the Canes 58 game home winning streak. I think this was the Pac-10's signature win of the 1980s and 1990s, so it is pretty important."
