  As the Dude said it isn't good dating the "Boss'' if things happen with Male Drivers and other sports what do you think will happen in time with females ?? nothing against females drivers but they shouldn't be dating there boss i have been Keep a eye on Erin Crocker she is a good racer and one day she will be a great race car driver but you can't date the boss things will go down hill for her in time i hope it doesn't but we will see

    Agreed. Do you think it would matter as much if Crocker was more established in the world of racing? Let's say she was 40 and had 15 years of racing under her belt, would her dating Evernham then be as big of a deal?

  If she is ..This is the reason that there are few women involved in any race team..No one whats them around because men become skirt chasers...and start all sorts of problems.She is giving the sport a bad rep. for women to get involved in.

    I agree, This will set racing back many years as to women racing in Nascar. It certainly is not a thing that should be repeated by anyone at anytime in the future. It sure puts Erin in a bad position to go to another race team in the future.

  I personally don't care because I don't care about NASCAR, if you ask me its not even really a sport. Good luck to women trying to get into it though.

  Erin maybe a new and up and coming driver but she isn't that great. Her stats show and prove it. and as for the dating thing......RAY SHOULD KNOW BETTER. HE IS OLD ENOUGH TO BE HER FATHER AND HE SHOULD START ACTING HIS AGE. SHE IS A 24 YEAR OLD GOLD HUNTER AND HE IS JUST THE SUGAR DADDY SHE IS LOOKING FOR. HE SHOULD REALLY TAKE A LOOK AT WHAT HE IS DOING AND SIT DOWN AND SERIOUSLY THINK ABOUT IT AND CONSIDER THE AGE DIFFERENCE. IT ISN'T TRUE LOVE ON HER PART IT IS "INFATUATION" WITH SOMEONE THAT SHE CAN USE TO FURTHER HER CAREER WITH NO REGARDS TO EVERYONE ELSE AROUND HER AND ANYONE ELSES FEELINGS.
  RAY DON'T BLAME JEREMY WHEN YOU FIND YOURSELF BEING TAKEN FOR A LONG AND SORE RIDE. IT IS YOUR OWN FAULT AND YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF.......""ROBBING THE CRADLE"" THAT WAY..

  Ray and Kasey are complete hottie!!! and Erin doesn't deserve either one of them. Ray has not done what has been best for his team but I guess Erin has him to tied up to give him time to work. I would love to get my hands on Ray and Kahne. Erin is ugly and rude. That's my thing.
