ChaCha.com: Search Engine That Lets You F**k With People As You Look

So this new search engine ChaCha.com just launched (it's still in Beta actually). What's their special caveat? They have online guides in who you can chat with in real time to aid you with what you're looking for. Or you can just fuck with them because it's a slow day at work and only a braindead toolbox can't manipulate Google on their own.
