Braves, Falcons, Hawks, Thrashers: Much Optimism For Atlanta Sports Fans

Atlanta is one of four American cities to have a team in all four major sports leagues and to have those teams play within the city limits (the other cities are Philadelphia, Denver, and Chicago).

The multitudes in Atlanta shouldn’t expect multiple championships any time soon, at least not like the cities of Pittsburgh or Boston, but they do have four highly competitive teams...
