Caps down San Jose for the first time since 1999
The Washington Capitals broke a few long streaks tonight.
First, for the first time since 1999, the Washington Capitals defeated the San Jose Sharks 4-1. The Caps played a full 60 minutes that Coach Bruce Boudreau was awaiting for. Second, Alexander Ovechkin ended his scoring drought against San Jose, the last NHL team that Ovechkin had not scored against.
