Bertuzzi, Moore lawsuit going to mediator

According to CBC News, lawyers for Calgary Flames forward Todd Bertuzzi and former NHLer Steve Moore have arranged to meet in Toronto on Dec. 15. Former Vancouver Canuck Bertuzzi punched former Avalanche Moore during a game in March 2004.
