Tony Granato gets screwed by Avs one last time

The Colorado Avalanche have finally fired head coach Tony Granato. The Avs let Granato simmer slowly, first offering the head coach and GM job to Patrick Roy, and had to wait for Roy to turn down the offer. Now Granato is fired, along with 5 others.
