Need the rule change

No touch icing is a rule that needs to come into effect as soon as possible. The risk vs. reward for someone breaking up an icing call is too large for a play that really only lets the team who iced the puck get a change. Very few times have I seen that play result in a scoring chance let alone a goal. For all the people think that fighting has to go because it's too violent just has to watch the play last week involving Kurtis Foster of the Minnesota Wild when he broke his leg slamming into the boards on a icing call and they should be more worried about a part of the game that actually hurts players severely.
