It's Official: Dallas assigns SEAN AVERY to New York Rangers' AHL Team, Hartford Wolfpack

Well?that didn't take long. According to TSN and?confirming our report from a few days ago, Sean Avery has been assigned to the NY Rangers' AHL affiliate, the Hartford Wolfpack. With Dallas lacking an official Minor league squad, and with their only AHL affiliate, the Manitoba Moose,?denying Avery the chance to play there, options for both Dallas and Avery were thin.?
