Modano Placed On IR
The Dallas Stars placed center Mike Modano on injured reserve Thursday with what is said to be a hip flexor. Modano has missed the last four games with the injury and the move is retroactive to December 4th, so Modano is eligible to play Saturday, but his return for that game is questionable. Center Joel Lundqvist will take Modano's spot on the roster for the time being.
