  First off id like to say hank hendricks is not a member of any gang so stop providing false information in order to further slander his name and create more drama, second off id like to say that hank was not involved in the quote unquote alleged beating of this surfer, he was merely a witness to a one punch drunken ordeal between friends. so get your facts straight because your a moron.

    I might just take the police's word over that of a anonymous post......I also didn't say that Hendricks commited the murder, but he has been charged.

  agreed hank had nothing to do with this the cops are using the statement he made against the guys responsible to charge him but hopefully for his sake it wont pan out and hell be back tearing up the field soon enough

  Hopefully this chump will rot in jail like the rest of his chump friends. Guilty by association. Maybe he should think about who he calls his "friends". Could care less about the wildcats. A community is mourning the senseless act of some punk kids. And yes these kids were in a gang. The evidence of them claiming with signs and tagging up the walls at the beach plus others fear to report their previous acts is proof enough. Just cause they aren't the crips or bloods doesn't mean they weren't involved in an organized group of hoodlums looking for trouble on a daily basis. Get these scumbags off the street for life.

  HANK Hendricks lived in Boston for three years ; how could he know that his long ago high school friends were into something that he had no clue about ? he came to San Diego the day before and never knew that this event would take place; Having good grades and being a good player takes too much energy for anything else. One has to be idle to be in a gang ;Hank was anything but idle ; he was a dedicated young man who worked his heart out in order to acheive: let us be rational here and keep our facts :America is a pretty rational country ; i do beleive that absolutely and there is only one Hank he could not be in Boston and San Diego all at once ; he would have had to duplicate himself and he is no magician ; he was either 1/ in UNH working or 2/ be in San Diego gangstering

  Hank had arrived the day before from Boston: he never saw these kids for years ; he had no clue on their behavior ; How could someone be a good student with good grades, a good football player and be in a gang in his spare time? HE MUST BE SOME HOUDINI AND AT THE SAME TIME BE THREE PEOPLE WALKING IN ONE BODY TO ACHEIVE ALL THIS

  What is finally established as of may 28 th 2008 IS
  1/ The bird rock bandits allegations were started by the press in San Diego because; during the peliminaries the cops involved said that" they never heard of it before they read it in the DS newspapers"
  The judge said based on the gang expert who worked for the FBI that these La Jolla high school graduates were friends since grammar school even Emery the surfer would stay at their home when his his mom would kick him out
  The judge also said that" the accusation put that gand allegation on "like a boot strap "
  so they are no longer a gang according to the courts, it never existed
  the accusation said that Hank Hendricks " picked up genny grosso so that the three bodies; emery, eric house and grosso who were pilled on each other could " get up" and Emery the surfer stood up
  everyone felt that " this is over", when Seth Craven came and dealt the fatal punch which made Emery fall to the ground which fractured his skull."
  Poor Emery had no marks on his body which proves that " no one kicked him when he was dowh, the only injury was to his chin and skull from the fall
  during the prelims when witnesses came forward , they accused some of these kids of past misbehavior, Hank Hendricks name never came up once , showing that he had not been accused in court by anyone"
  which leaves the rest of the story to evolve and America will be just

  Hank Hedricks past is void of crimes of any type, onlyhard work and good sportsman with three letters in high school for three sports; baseball, football and basket ball
  read the article by his friend at Cornell university called " leave, just leave"
  Newspaper name; The Cornell daily sun, the author is Noha Brozinsky , the date is; september 26TH 2007

  time has passed and hank Hendricks has been cleared, he had to take a plea bargain because the other three did in
  order to get a life after months of struggles ; he served in jail for sixty days , just for being there
  Emery th surfer is the one with a past and poor soul did not have to die but he had attacked a man in Florida, another one in Oceanside, did jail time and was going to be arrested for breaking his parople
  On Legal Pub ; the last newest comments, all the lawyers defend Hendricks of guilt except " of being there at the wrong time and saying " lets get the h ..out of here" which did not kill Emery, they were drunk ; the main cause for this drama; Hank has paid the price and is done with it and was offered a great job by friends who knew him since he was small
  All his friends such as all of us are putting it behind us and we pray for Emery and his mom specially but Hendricks had no beef against Emery and paid the price for being there

  why do you keep titlles such as" NCAA QB charged with murder" ?
  It seems that this is " very, very past " and yet you keep ot on , why ?
  If a judge said yhay he did not touch the guy and gave him sixty days that he fullfilled and he works now , dont you think that it is irksome to see that kind of " untrue title"
  The title should be altered to something more up to date

  we are happy that all this is over and done; everyone backed up Hank and we have a life now
  We want to wish Emery's mom our love and care because for her it still goes on so that we send her our affection as she seems to be a wonderful person and the same goes for Jenny
  We are so sorry that this tragedy occured

  Hank Hendricks never was a gang member, how could he ? living in Natick for three years away from San Diego
  it was geographically impossible besides his acivities were so strenuous he had no time for being an idle or active gang member

  Guilty by association. If Hank was such a "smart model student" , he had plenty of time to walk away at the Bar. Instead, his beer told him differently. Error in judgment? Costly. "Accessory after the fact" was the charge. I don't care if he was the next Joe Montana, he should have walked away. Yeah, I know he was too drunk to realize what was going on...please, tell that to Emery's family. Regardless of how it happened or so called gang member chit chat, or Emery's past, he was wrong also. He did not try to stop it did he? A man's life is gone over some childish issue at a Bar. Spare me the violins for Good "Ole Hank.

  all Emery had to do was to lck his door and stay inside, he invited the " guys to come over" attacked Eric House, broke his teeth , sold coke from his house , lived at some of these kids home when his mom kicked him out because an angel he was not , he was on parole , he had a criminal past , he died so that we should let him rest in peace and his poor mom is very hurt
  everyone paid the price here and more than the price
