Boston College DE Smith charged with rape

Here's another lovely story about a college athlete being charged with rape. Boston College defensive end Brady Smith has been charged with rape and breaking and entering with the intent to commit a felony for an on-campus incident (details not disclosed). Smith has pleaded not guilty. The judge has ordered him to be held on $50,000 cash bail. The judge also ordered him to stay away from the victim and college property...which won't be a problem because, well, he's in jail!
