Rape Charges Dropped Against Duke Lacrosse Players

While the players still face charges of kidnapping and assault, the rape charges have been dropped. This is a good win for the players, but they have had their faces dragged through the mud on something they seemingly did not do. Hopefully, Mike Nifong, the obnoxious prosecutor, gets his face dragged in the mud a little bit for the way he has aggresively pursued some of these charges without merit.
