Florida State Gets New Offensive Coordinator

Jimbo Fisher, who has been the offensive coordinator at Louisiana State for the past seven years, has accepted the same position at Florida State. To me it is confusing as to why he would make this move. LSU is a powerhouse, and FSU is sinking. But then again he may know Jamarcus Russell is leaving for the NFL. Or he figures Bowden is about to croak and he will take over the job then. Either way we can't diss Fisher's resume. His squads have set 13 school records, and he produced four NFL quarterbacks. In 2001 he was a finalist for the Broyles Assistant Coach of the Year Award.
