New Offensive Coordinator for Miami
Miami fired, Patrick Nix, their offensive coordinator after only two seasons. Nix, who openly admitted to having a different philosophy than the head coach(Randy Shannon), lead Miami to 7 wins and 6 losses this season. Miami has changed coordinators four times in five seasons. They are hoping Mark Whipple, Patrick's replacement, will be able to take them beyond the Emerald Bowl.
