Could Captain Kirk be the next PSU coach?

We all know that JoePa's time as PSU's beloved head coach is coming to an end VERY SOON! Do I dare say after this season ends? What better way to go out with a winning program? And what better prospect than my alma matre's Captain Kirk as we call him. Yes, Coach Kirk Ferentz, in my opinion, would be a top candidate for the job. Below are my reasons why... *He attended Upper St. Clair High School in Pittsburgh. *He was inducted into the Upper St. Clair High School Hall of Fame in 2002 and the Western Chapter of the Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame in 2003. *He coached at Pitt for 1 year before joining Iowa's coaching staff The only thing holding him back at this time is his children that are still in school in various stages of their life in Iowa City.
