Spartans may start Hoyer in place of Drew Stanton

With Drew Stanton questionable for the final game of the season, backup quarterback Brian Hoyer is likely to make his first Michigan State start Saturday at Penn State. Stanton sat out the final three quarters of the Minnesota game last week after taking a hit from a defender, and MSU coach John L. Smith said Stanton was still experiencing headaches Sunday.
