NCAA Rape Allegations: University of Minnesota Football

Four players from the University of Minnesota football team: Dominic Jones, E. J. Jones, Alex Daniels, and Keith Massey, have been charged with 3rd degree sexual assault. Dominic Jones, a 2-year starting cornerback and stand-out return specialist, was booked in a Hennepin Countail Jailhouse following the arrest. The victim attended a party hosted at Dominic Jones' apartment, where she drank a large amount of alcohol and wound up passed out on the couch. Several days later she reported the incident to the police. According to the article from the associated press (http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/news/story?id=2938826), the police confiscated a cell phone belonging to one of the players that showed the victim in a "physically helpless" sexual position. This picture and several other items of evidence, along with the allegations made by the victim, led authorities to arrest these four student athletes.
