Joe Pa carted off field

Joe Paterno was carted off of the field against Wisconsin when a running play led a Badgers linebacker hurtling into the head coach. The Badger hit Paterno right below the knee and took Paterno out; when Paterno tried to get up his knee buckled beneath him. He was forced to leave the game and go to the locker room for medical assistance. The Nittany Lions had a couple of chances to close the 13-3 gap but some turnovers and penalties really impacted their chances.
