KU annihilates Minnesota in Insight Bowl!!
My Kansas Jayhawks annihilated the Minnesota Golden Gophers by 21 New Years Eve in the Insight Bowl in Tempe, Arizona. KU won it's first back-back bowl games in school history after defeating Minnesota 42-21 Wednesday night. KU beat a heavily favored Virginia Tech team in the Orange Bowl back in January of 08. That means 2 bowl games and a men's basketball championship all in a calender year. That's freaking awesome!!! QB Todd Resseing and WR's Desmond Briscoe and Kerry Meir played outstanding games. Briscoe caught 3 TD passes in the Jayhawks roll over win. GO KU!!!
