Should Josh Jarboe really been kicked out of school for this???

Wow!!! I just got finished watching Josh Jarboe's freestyle on youtube and thought that it was nothing to deserve getting kicked out of college. I mean Malcolm Kelly had his own freestyle (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G9RiitZEHxA&feature=related) and it was on youtube and he didnt get kicked out so whats the deal?
