McCoy Should be on Heisman Short List For Next Season

As we being looking to next season, it is customary to speculate which players will be invited to New York for the Heisman ceremony. While Arkansas' Darren McFadden will likely be a pre-season favorite, it is important not to forget Texas' Colt McCoy. On the season McCoy has put up stats comparable to Smith and Quinn, and had it not been for his injury he may have had better ones. He broke a couple records and led the Longhorns to come-from-behind wins against Nebraska and Texas Tech, and did it all as redshirt freshman. This guys is going to be really special, and if he can work through losing three linemen, he will be in New York at the end of next season.
