Noel Devine has traveled difficult road to West Virginia

Every decade or so you get "one of those" guys...the Barry Sanders type...that guy that no one can get a hand on, who jukes and spins his way down the field...and remains a social enigma of sorts through it all. Well, folks, here's "one of them"...possibly the next big thing at the running back position. His name is Noel Devine and he finally made his way to Morgantown, WV.
