Pat White to the NFL as a QB

As Patrick White has done so many times before, he has made believers out of doubters. As a Mountaineers Fan since the 70's, I have seen numerous WVU Quarterbacks come and go. I listened to Jeff Hostetler's unbelievable game against Oklahoma in Norman back in 82'. I was there at Mountaineer Field when Major Harris made the unbelievable run against Penn State. And I was there when Pat White has done what he does best on SEVERAL occasions. So I guess I am an biased observer. But I must say, Patrick White is now turning a lot of others opinions around as well. I watched the Senior Bowl and how Pat out shown all the other "NFL Style" QB's and how they ALL fell to the wayside and he became the MVP of the Senior Bowl. And now today, I watched on NFL TV as Pat White made the best showing of all the QB's during the combines in Indianapolis.

Say what you want, argue all you can, but Patrick White will be a Quarterback in the NFL in the very near future. He has now turned more NFL Sportscasters opinions around and the more I read on ESPN, CBS and Sports Illustrated, the more they are singing Pat's praises as a QB. He was the sharpest passer today, even out doing the famed Mark Sanchez. His passes were strong and on the spot every throw. He ran the second best time of the QB's and had the best vertical jump. He was very poised and proficient. Even the Ex-Tampa Bay Coach Jon "Chucky" Gruden was impressed.

So to make a long story short, look for WVU's old #5 on the field on Sunday afternoons as a QUATERBACK in the very near future. As to where he'll be drafted. Time will only tell. But he WILL be drafted and earlier than expected and as a QB!!
