Shocking: Kids still want to play for Notre Dame

I'm not sure if it's the program prestige (historically), or the chance to get in there and play early since they all suck, but key high school players still are signing up for the Irish next year. They have 21 commitments, 11 of which are ranked in the top 100 of the class. That's pretty damn good for a 1-7 team (still shockingly not winless after that UCLA win). Maybe Weis will be able to turn it around with some fresh talent. But shouldn't he have had that talent this year after previous recruiting classes?
