Fantasy Football Notes: Cincinnati Bengals

While some would like to attribute the Cincinnati Bengals 4-11-1 season last year to the loss of Carson Palmer for three-quarters of the season, the problems ran deeper than that. Heck, even Peyton Manning may have had a hard time getting the Bengals’ passing game going in 2008. Thus, begs the question, can the Bengals turn things around in 2009?
