DON'T TRADE McFADDEN.

TRADING McFadden makes little sense.

If he does get traded, the only reason Oakland would let him walk is because of his injury history. That same factor would also bring down his trade value and anything he could fetch in return.

He must be accounted for on every snap. Right now the Raiders don't have to look for that type of player, they already HAVE him. It's just a matter of getting him, and KEEPING him out there.

Seems to me if they simply made his contract incentive based (games available to play based), it gives him a reason to play through minor injuries, or even better to spend more time on his conditioning.
