Bears Eyeing a ‘Austin to Chicago Pipeline’

Wasn't a huge fan of this when I saw Texas at the top of the list, and personally I think they would do better going after SEC schools (Alabama, Florida and LSU come to mind). But I didn't research this. Overall I think at the very least, it makes for interesting discussion.
