Cowboys Will Improve Despite Losing To A Couple Of Undefeated Teams.

The Dallas Cowboys are 2-2, and regardless of doom and gloom projections from off based prognosticators. The sky has not fallen. The big concern is obvious Jason Garrett's play calling is in a word atrocious. Over the past week much has been said about how Jason Garrett's decisions to be one dimensional with obvious passing calls. When the running game is working so well.

Here on YB you get fans expressing themselves on the issue in various ways. I personally don't take offense nor do I digress from my belief that the Cowboys will get it back on track. While being a viable contender for a successful post season. Now, continuing with the thoughts of the present standing the Cowboys are in at present. Tells me the fact that they are still a competitive team with talent yet to be utilized more effectively. Leaves me confident that better days are ahead in the recent future.

I've been saying all along and will continue to say. The Cowboys needs to be less transparent in calling plays. Jason Garrett is in a position to use the running game, and screen passes to attack opposing defenses LB's. Also, seam passes on second downs will further take pressure off Tony Romo. These are plays that Tony can do. Asking Tony to come out and thread a home run pass when he hasn't established any kind of passing consistency. Is an example of poor game management.

On defense the glaring problem staring out at Wade are soft coverages on WR's. This again is a example of poor defensive game managing. It escapes me for the Cowboys to call the same plays over and over when there are no results to justify sticking to them. Dave Campo's time has come and gone. He should have never came back to the the team. His tactics are passé and ineffective. When I look at Cowboys losses this season. Dave Campo's schemes in defending the pass is hurting the defense and the team terribly. Especially at the end of games.

I must admit there aren't many games left to give away games for whatever reason. Yet at the same time these problems are easy fixes. It's getting very close for Tony Romo, and Wade Phillips to back up all those off season corrections they were talking about. This article is a series of progress reports based on standings the Cowboys find themselves in. I saying things will get back on track with proper adjustments and checking egos from negative reports from naysayers. Cowboys need to step it up, and push it through. Let's Go Cowboys!!!!!!!!!!

The wheels of change often grind slowly. Before ineffective coaches can be let go, superior ones need to be identified, contracts negotiated, etc. Quite frankly, Jerry may`s well clean house from the top on down. W.P. is the captain of the Cowboys` ship, and any salt will tell you that when things go wrong on the ship, whether he was responsible or not, the captain pays the penalty.

I wish my Hawks had problems so easily identified. Chin up amigo, better days ahead.

Yeah Wheel,...... Decisions, decisions, some who are blessed enough to be well provided for. Somewhere along the line losing touch with a world I call reality.

I am comfortable with the D. I think Romo is going through some of the same adversity that Eli did in 2007. Eli was making some bonehead decisons and in the second half of the season the team got on a roll and played solid football.

Had me worried there for a minute, but a win is a win.
