Staubach Has Romo’s Back; Doesn’t Understand Criticism of QB

Tony Romo has yet to even lead the Cowboys to an NFC Title game in his time as the starting QB of “America’s Team,” but at the same time, he’s been a very good starting QB in the National Football League.

Over the years, Romo has undergone quite a bit of criticism from fans and media alike. Last season he played through a fractured rib vs the Niners, and a bruised hand, and wound up throwing for 4184 yards with 31 touchdowns.

With that said, a former Cowboys legend, Hall of Famer quarterback Roger Staubach, says he thinks that there’s too much criticism hurled at the current Cowboys starter.
