Cal LB Zack Follett talks about defensive move from 4-3 to 3-4

As you know, the Bears have been dealing with some defensive issues on their rise to the top of the Pac-10. Defensive coordinator Bob Gregory still has a job, but to save it he's making some moves to change up the scheme. LB Zack Follett headlines a very talented LB corps that includes Worrell Williams and Anthony Felder and he talks about the switch from a 4-3 to a 3-4 in this audio clip, check it out.
