Cal's Tedford makes some changes in his staff

The Bears are making some adjustments after a disappointing 7-6 season, dismissing defensive line coach Ken Delgado and replacing him with former player and grad assistant Tosh Lupoi. The offense was also turned over to former San Francisco 49ers quarterbacks coach Frank Cignetti, after head coach Jeff Tedford realized he needed to pay more attention to the entire team. Tedford also hired Al Simmons as the new DB's coach, and switched Kevin Daft from quarterbacks coach to WR's coach. These changes better include Kevin Riley as the new starting QB, or I'm gonna flip.
