Andy Reid please pay me a Million Dollars to ride the Bench , please Im begging ya

We all know a certain player is 29 yrs old on the team. Missed all training camp, had to play in pre season with a bunch of 3rd stringers on offense in the pre season and missed nearly 3years, and only gets 2 play 2 times a game, how in the world can he get back to his old form? The eagles brought him in. Not even giving the guy not one shot at being the starter, not even a chance really to show what he can do an by the way he was overweight in pre season also. Somethings wrong here I dont even think they know what dude really can do. If he was brought here for trade, why not get your money's worth? Andy couldve just paid me a Million to ride the bench am i right? One thing i can say though is the 2 yrs he missed were 2 less yrs of hits and injuries than any other player in the league so hes still good, if Andy gives him a dam chance instead of playing him 1/2 times.

We better start using our offensive weapons. We have the most weapons on offense than any other team in the league. We shouldnt even have lost any games to be honest.

You can't just spend two years in prison and then come out and be a starter in the NFL. This is the best situation for Vick. He's getting paid and has an oppurtunity to get in shape and work his way into to being a starter.

I dont think Andy really coaches him much. I honestly believe Vick is practicing with the 3rd string. When youre a coach you have to focus more on your starters. Me personally, i think they telling Vick not to throw, maybe thats just me.

They tell Vick to run the plays they tell him to. That's what the coaches do and he gets paid a million dollars to do so. What is the big deal?

Ive watched Vick his whole career and he can contribute to the eagles, I really pisses me off with the lack of creativity not letting the man throw.THen they bring him out 1/2 a game. Man if they dont show Vick off his career will be over, no on can see what he can DO. Andy Reid ruining this dude's career. Why would someone trade for sumn if they dont know what they are getting for it? would you do that?

Vick will land somewhere next season. I think he would make an excellent Redskin. Of course I hate them. But he would give them instant stability at the QB position. This would be Dan Snyders best move.

I disagree with your idea that he should start, but you're 100% right about letting the man THROW the ball. If we're not gonna use him as the dual threat he can (scratch that) SHOULD be in the Wildcat, then they should have saved the franchise some bad press and not signed him at all. Westbrook split wide with McCoy/Weaver/Buckley as the upback ON A RUN makes more sense than Vick on 3rd and short anyway.

Supa7, you get so worked up but need to think through your arguments. You say "Ive watched Vick his whole career and he can contribute to the eagles". That's great, but then you say "Why would someone trade for sumn if they dont know what they are getting for it?". So your worried that no team in the NFL will think that Vick can make their team better, yet you are confident that he can contribute to the Eagles? You can consider his career over once he signs with the Browns, Bills, or some other team that poorly manages their talent.

The Philadelphia Eagles are a professional football team, not a rehabilitation farm for formerly incarcerated and aging quarterbacks.

Exactly. If we didn't get him to play QB then WHY do we have him?

so what you guys are asking is that McNabb and Kolb get placed on the IR o Vick can play, is that what your asking cause really if it was Jake Plummer or some bumb as our 3rd string QB you wouldn't be lobbying for playing time. Hell is a 3rd string QB on this team. Not a 3rd string QB in the NFL but on this team. We have depth at that position cause Donovan like Westbrook has health issues and we need to be strong at that position in case he goes down so we can still make a run. I do agree when he comes in the game to mix it up so the Wildcat would be more effective but all this starting talk, or splitting plays is nonsense. He a 3rd string QB in a 3rd string QB role with benefits because he actually get's to see playing tme at least 2-3 times a game if that. Ask any other 3rd stringer how many snaps he took this year.

Yea it really makes no sense at all.

GET OFF HIS JOCK....LOL ALL THE WAY DOWN TO YOUR SCREEN NAME!!!

doesnt make sense, but if vick can run like that in those highlights how come i havent seen him to that with the eagles?

Let me point out first, I am in no way sticking up for him, I can't stand him as far as I'm concerned he is nothing but an animal killer but......maybe you haven't seen what he can do because Phat Phuck refuses to play him to his strengths. It's always been a down fall of Reids that he plans out a game and refused to change as the game and season progresses. Reid planned certain plays for him and that's all we're going to see.

Vick is garbage. Even with the little PT we give him, he just wastes downs. I'd rather start Kolb over Vick anyday.
