Westbrook to practice Wednesday among Eagles good-bad news.
We start with some good news, then a pinch of bad followed by some more good news.
Good news - From most accounts it seems as if Eagles running back Brian Westbrook will be aloud to practice - at least in some limited capacity - during Wednesday's Eagles practice. It's still an open question whether of not Brian Westbrook and the Eagles medical staff will both feel comfortable enough with his recovery thus far to allow Westbrook to play during Sunday night's game against the Dallas Cowboys. Westbrook suffered a concussion during week sevens Monday night game against the Redskins, where the back of Brian's head collided with the knee of Redskins linebacker London Fletcher.
Bad new - Eagles wide receiver Kevin Curtis has already been ruled out for practice all this week and ruled out for Sunday night's game in Philadelphia against the Cowboys as well. I suppose the news on this really isn't bad or good. I am sure it's more in the 'who gives a crap' category.
Because really, I am sure nowhere in your subconscious were you worrying about the health one Kevin Curtis, considering that first-round draft choice Jeremy Maclin has been filling in for Mr. Curtis most admirably.
More good news - It looks as if defensive end Victor Abiamiri will be ready to play Sunday night against the Dallas Cowboys. Abiamiri has missed the last two weeks due to a knee injury he received while the Eagles were playing the Oakland Raiders.
