EVEN the press had to admit the QB's looked better today in practice than yesterday.

Actually, today's issues seemed to be the WR's. Not surprising considering their age, experience, lack of pedigree, a new QB, and a new system. I find it encouraging that no matter what you read, or where you read it, everyone says the same thing: The Raiders don't seem panicked or bothered.

The questions posed by the press were very specific and Coach had a detailed answer for each one. It's clear that he knows what he wants, and he even took time to praise the guys for buying in and responding to being challenged.
