Oh wait. Not hear that this season. Weird. Even when the Eagles are TRYING to give the game away two weeks in a row, we still won. Vick saved the day at the last minute and the Ravens choked on Flaccos handle bar mustache (err ..lack there of). See you in AZ next week boys! \m/

I will be at that game. I cannot wait.
-
I'm gonna be there as well with a few friends. Flying out of CA on Wed and hanging out till Monday. What section are you gonna be in?
-
LOL, I had to go through Ticket Master and all they would give us is Cards section way back. Doesn't matter though, it's a Cards game will have plenty of room to move down. We wound up with an extra ticket though so we're taking our gardeners 16 year old son who is a Cards fan and has never been to a game so I kind of have to watch myself.......

Yeah its hard to take younger kids to games now that its become a adult/bar room fight atmosphere. Kind of sad really but the NFL is trying to.curb some of the over zealous fans and their antics. Im around the 40 yard line on the visitors side with 6 friends so it should be fun. Been years since I been to AZ and just hope its not miserably hot for this week. I think Tuscon is close so im sure to check that out as well. If you find any cool places in the area give a heads up in my inbox. Ill do the same since im there for a week (roughly). Until then..Go Birds!

LOL, There will be now bar room fights during this game. You need opposing fans for that and I tell you, Cards fans do not exist. I don't think any true fans for any AZ team exists, there are a few that are band wagon fans but the jump off at the first bump.
My son tells me we are going to tail gate, If I find out more I'll let you know. -
Better an ugly win than a pretty loss. They are truly a frustrating bunch to watch and may have upped the majority of the Delaware Valley Residents Heart Medication, but a win is a win. Reid's teams are generally slow starters, but these guys are starting slow and winning. You can see the flashes of what they could be and then they screw it all up. I almost feel sorry for the team they will unleash the perfect game on.

Another fairly ugly win. Most of it had to do with the turnovers in the RED ZONE yet again. But once again, our defense pretty much bailed us out of the game. Even though Vick did lead two 4th quarter comebacks. Glad to see we can pull out some tight games when the chips are down. Hopefully a cleaner game next week vs AZ. I'm sure the Pats are shell shocked from losing today. Hopefully we don't provide another shocker. Let's go birds!

If Kolb is back under center I think we'll have the motivation we need to take them out.
-
Reports are the Eagles have interest in Chad Johnson.
-
Chad doing what Chad does best. Tooting his own horn. Nothing more.
-
Yeah it seems that way. It's a good thing, because I think he's through.

Via Philadelphia Eagles.com:
The defense has not allowed a second-half touchdown in two games, a span of 14 possessions. Isn't it time to give Juan Castillo some credit for adjustments he's making at halftime? -
I am still amazed that 3 out of the 4 halves we played we scored a TD with less than 2 minutes remaining. I have been screaming at Phat Phuck for years now because (according to Jon Runyan) he only practices the 2 minute drill a maximum of 5 minutes a week. Our O and D have been horrible in the hurry ups, but this year something is different. This year we're not only scoring but we're stopping the opposing team from putting up numbers.
-
Castillo is already better than Reid at making in-game adjustments.
-
You can't argue that so far Juan's defense has kept the Eagles in and have had a major part in winning these games, despite the offense putting them in some bad positions. I'm just not as pleased with the play of Nnamdi as some people are. He got beat by at least 4 yards on Flacco's first touchdown.
-
I think we were too hard on juan last year. It was his first year coaching d, no training canp, no linebackerS, he came into an impossible situation. But now with a lot of talent at his disposal and good assistant coaches helping him out, he has created the best eagles defense weve seen in years.
