GUT CHECK TIME.
IT took Bill Cowher 14 years to win a SB. Missed the playoffs three years in a row at one point (years 7, 8 and 9). If Cowher had coached here, the fanbase would have run him out of town in his 8th or 9th year. Instead of burning their coach down, the Pittsburgh fanbase stayed behind him.
Cowher won the AFC Championship in his 4th year. Time between his Conference Championship win and his SB? A full decade. But his city was patient. His city stayed behind his team. His city was eventually rewarded.
They waited longer than we have, with less along the way, and they never threw their man under the bus.
Are you as hearty as Pittsburgh fans? Can you be as patient? Can you be as loyal? Can you be as deserving?

I just shown you a list of 15 guys who made it to the Super Bowl. That's about half the league. Speaking of Cowher how embarrassing is it that it too him 14 years to win it, but his replacement did it in two? Sometimes the best move is to move forward and not to stay pat. Losers stay pat.

should the pats get rid of bellychick? he lost two super bowls in a row last win was when he was cheating with spygate n beat us the panthers n rams. where have those other two teams been? pretty much fell off since then. rams got rid of martz got worse. panthers stuck with fox it got worse alot worse so bad thy got the number 1 pick n became a terrible team. ur list is full of coaches who have won n done good but also has coaches who have just ruined there team

We have a good coach. His boss knows it. The paying fans know it. The bottom line is that he's still here. If Lurie's history with Ray Rhodes is any indicator, he's going to sit tight until Reid puts together consecutive losing seasons. Meaning my guess is you have at least TWO more years of Andy Reid to look forward to.
