I can only hope and pray something like this would happen. I do like Djax and Samuel but, one more bad hit to Djax would be devastating, and Samuel is fed up of this place, an needs to learn how to tackle for all that money we give him.

Sure, but he comes at a price. We wouldnt be able to build our defense with a 2nd and 4th round, depending on what LBs/safeties are available via free agency

I can't see it happening, but I would love to see the Eagles start preparing for life without Vick. It's time to start looking for his replacement. The Eagles should draft a quarterback.

We should trade Asante/DJax for Manning.

And then trade up high enough to get Andrew Luck.

Then we'll have the 3 headed monster of Luck-Manning-Vick and dominate. Just like how our 3 headed monster at cornerback dominated.

Knowing how the Colts defense was last year, they might take that trade. How old is R.Wayne? Collie and Garcon are good, or maybe peyton made them good?

Why would you trade Asante/DJax for Manning? Manning may never play a full game again and if he does he only has maybe two years left. I don't think any team is foolish enough to give up anything valuable for Vick because of how injury prone he is. Franchising Djax makes sense.

umm no. i see RGIII being a bust and we wouldnt draft luck anyway we would get the OL from USC. plus get rid of desean and peyton isnt working with the same amount of talent. i swear you people that say get rid of him think players like desean grow on trees. have there been players as fast as him sure with better hands yea bigger tougher yea, but u cant take away what he does week in and week out just from being on the field. watch the games not the stat sheet. he changes the defense and helps the team. i havent seen anyone in the league that does what he does to defenses and then runs past them. djax is staying and everyone should want him to stay. n we should get the best LB with our 1st pick

i keep d-jax and everybody on offense just trade Vick we can not score in the first half and do nothing in the second good teams score the whole game defense's adjust and we don't Peyton can adjust

not gonna be able to trade vick and get another legit QB unless something like this happens. colts cut manning, he signs with texans, we trade vick to the dolphins or another QBles team, then trade for schaub. personally i wouild rather have vick.

very true. ANd the fact he can stretch the field really helped out Celek and espically shady. WIthout Djax Shady would see a lot more 8 in the box. I have to disagree with the Steeler fan Pissondallas about keeping everybody on offense. The Eagles will never win a Super Bowl with Convick. He is too injury prone and they do not have an adequate back up. The only way to move into a position to draft a quarterback for the future is to give up somebody like D/Jax or a McCoy. It's going to take a bold move to be in a position to draft a quarterback. If the Eagles come back with Vick and Young as the starter and back up it's going to be the same results.

The Eagles need defense and some physical players on offense. Eagles have to much in the finesse dept and not enough in the smash you in the face dept.

What position do you want to see them more physical at on offense?

I disagree with Rupaul. I believe the Eagles have a better chance to win a super bowl with Vick than the Cryboys have of winning with Romo the choke. I think both teams if they were smart should be considering to draft their replacements though. Even the Patriots decided to get Brady's replacement and groom him. One thing he is right about though. If the Eagles or Cryboys comeback with the same personnel they will get the same results.
