TONY ROMO'S LAST STAND.
SUNDAY night the world will go to bed knowing whether or not Tony Romo opens 2012 as the Cowboy's starting QB.
There's a playoff berth on the line, and Jerry Jones has gone "all in" on it. He's been open about how much he leveraged himself building his new stadium; he's mentioned how disappointed he's been with both his efforts and his teams results; he's been open about which team scares him; and he's sending a CLEAR signal about how good he thinks his team is, how big the moment is, and that he expects much from his QB.
Jones has put himself and his QB very much on the spot with the following quote:
"He's going to be playing at full strength," Jones added. "He has a very good team around him, so the stage is set to play well in a big game."
The Cowboys have no run game, so this game HAS to be won in the air. That means Romo has to win this ballgame. Period.
If the Cowboys lose, Romo will likely be back, but with company from round 1 or 2 of the 2012 Draft.

yes, it was between the Cowboys and the Steelers so the Steelers are closer plus they have won a super bowl a few years ago and the Cowboys haven't won any in a long time and don't see them winning anytime soon plus i think also start rooting for the Yankees and Celtics but if the heat win i might root for them you know this frontrunning has a lot choices for you to make

Good point Flip, he's def the starter next year, but if he loses this game or even if he wins and then has a 1st rd exit to the Lions, Jerry world def will be thinking about his replacement. This is a big point of his career for Homo if he wants to cement his future or potentially be grooming his replacement.

On top of that, Jerry Jones is so ridiculous. Why is so he vocal all the time? Talking to the media about who is playing and who isnt, shouldnt his puppet Garrett be doing that?
For him to point out "He's a top, top quarterback and he's got a good team around him. In my belief, a very good team around him, so the stage is set for us to play well in a big game." just sets up the questions. Lurie isnt perfect, but at least he keeps his mouth shut when it comes to the team for the most part.
