where do the cubs players eat at

hey, i'm visiting Chicago this thursday and was wondering since I am going to a few games, where the the cubs players might hang out or eat at? Would be great if I could get some information. Also, what are some great places to to eat....or some great bars near Wrigley or North Michigan Ave.
