#10 will have to lean on two second year starting receivers in Donnie Avery and Keenan Burton as his top targets for 2009. While he still has capable veteran tight end Randy McMichael and running back Steven Jackson, Marc could use a more seasoned vet for a top receiver. This season the Rams would be best served to play a brand of football like the New York Giants and that style is run first. This would keep Bulger from taking too many hits and would play to their strength as a team (Steven Jackson). Look for Bulger as a capable backup in deep leagues for this fantasy football season. If Bulger can make it through this year ok, he might be a higher pick next year as his receivers develop.......
