The Legend of Chris Leak

Florida Gators QB Chris Leak was much maligned during his four year tenure as the starting QB, but on Monday he proved all of his doubters wrong. I would argue that he proved them wrong before winning the championship, as seen throughout his senior year and his performance under many different coaching regimes in his four years. Leak rarely enjoyed the consistency that many QB's at major programs get, as he had three offensive coordinators and two coaches in four years. Despite all this, he ranks in the upper echelon of UF QB's, and is only the second QB to lead Florida to a National Title, the other being Gator legend Danny Wuerffel.
