Perrilloux & LSU: more insight into what happened?

Reports indicate that Ryan Perrilloux has Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and may have been seeking treatment for anxiety. I'm not sure how these conditions explain his team violations. I'm also curious to know how this information was released in the first place. I'm further curious to know how Coach Miles and LSU tried to work with Perrilloux on his condition(s). If Perrilloux was given a treatment plan and clear expectations (like stay on your medication and don't break rules), that would be one thing, but if LSU knew he was OCD and kicked him off the squad because of his condition(s), they could have a major MAAAAJOR lawsuit on their hands (for example, violating the American with Disabilities Act).
