Is Grant Hill Just A Tease? Yes, It Turns Out.

Walsh offered Grant Hill the kind of money, opportunity and environment that he couldn't get in Phoenix or Boston. And like the other free agents, he sniffed the money and decided that loyalty and being competitve were more important to him than playing in the Mecca or giving his wife's sinigng career boost by having her stay in New York where the best music studios in the world are.

New York fans are rejected again. Walsh's offers were used to sweeten the pot for free agents to return to winning teams. Players like Jason Kidd and Grant Hill, as old as new dirt, were not swayed by the opportunity to be major parts of a rebuilding effort and a marketing effort to attract LeBron from Cleveland in 2010.

This does not make New York fans happy. Let's Go Knicks. Let's Go Do Something. What is "Plan C" Donnie Walsh?
