NATE ROBINSON AND KNICKS REACH $5MIL ONE-YEAR DEAL

As most of us expected, Nate Robinson is returning to the Knicks for one more season for a reported $5 million. Despite the lack of love for the vivacious little guard, the Knicks would have been an absolute disaster without him. With him, the fans low expectations for victories can still be compensated by some decent entertainment. Nate is the teams most explosive scorer and the only veteran on the team who can control the flow of the game.

The Knicks are still looking for either point guard help or point guard replacements for Duhon. Walsh is continuing his theme of interviewing or considering the living dead -- those players who are either riding the bench, retired or in exile. Last year it was Chris Duhon, Larry Hughes and Al Harrington. This summer he is looking at retiree Jason Williams and soon-to-be retirees Jason Kidd and Allen Iverson. Ramon Sessions is in play, but the Bucks are almost certain to match any offer the Knicks are able to make at this time.
