Crybaby's Slam's #45

Adam Morrison is ranked # 45 by Slam for the upcoming season, and I think it's a fair ranking. The Larry Legend comparisons are silly, but this dude will score in the league. You could have Artest, DeShawn Stevenson, and Bruce Bowen guarding him and he'd still put up double digits. I think the fear about diabetes is overblown: he's dealt with it so far and he's been successful. The major concern is that if he scores 20 a game, how many points will he give up? I saw a lot of him last year, and he's a crafty defender, but he's slow. He'll get burned many a night. Of course, if Emeka's healthy, and with Gerald Wallace's team defense, Morrison shouldn't hurt his team too much on D. As with all the other rankings, I encourage you to read all the comments. They're more entertaining than the articles themselves, which are normally just puff pieces. One commenter said of Morrison, "He needs to get a nice trim and a shave cuz the "hippie-with-a-duffle-bag" look is superdead and the 'stache makes him look kinda like a pedophile
