Mavericks Firing Avery Johnson: Bad Move?

What led Mark Cuban to fire a coach with such a great record? Most would say it's his lack of ability to get it done in the post season. I have to wonder if that is his fault or the fault of the players. Maybe Cuban has something to do with it? When an owner and a coach aren't seeing eye to eye, I think that can have a really negative impact in the locker room. Why as a player would you listen to a coach with no authority? I don't see who else is available that could do a better job than Avery Johnson. Anyone else think this was what the Mavs need to make it out of the 1st round in 09? Or do you think this was a reactionary move on the part of an embarrased owner?
